Die Glasdeckel mit Vakuumisolierung bieten eine herausragende Isolationsfähigkeit und reflektieren durch ihre Goldbedampfung etwa 60% der Sonneneinstrahlung für eine effektive Kühlung. Beim Öffnen der Deckel kann durch Windeinfluss viel Kühlenergie verloren gehen.
Die Pozzetti-Einheit ist äußerst stabil gegen äußere Einflüsse, und die Pozzetti-Deckel fungieren als äußerst effektive Isolatoren. Wind und Sonne stellen für die Pozzetti-Einheit kein Problem dar.
Insgesamt stehen 80 Liter Eis zur Verfügung, darunter 6 GN-Eisbehälter à 5 Liter, die sichtbar präsentiert sind, sowie weitere 10 GN-Eisbehälter à 5 Liter als Reserve.
Insgesamt sind 98 Liter Eis verfügbar, wobei 8 Pozzetti-Behälter à 7 Liter direkt zur Eisausgabe bereitstehen und zusätzlich 6 Reserve-Pozzetti-Behälter à 7 Liter vorhanden sind.
Dank der Glasdeckel werden 6 Eissorten à 5 Liter sichtbar präsentiert und können sofort serviert werden, während sich darunter zusätzlich 10 weitere Eisbehälter à 5 Liter befinden.
Es stehen 8 Pozzetti-Behälter à 7 Liter für die direkte Eisausgabe zur Verfügung, während sich zusätzlich 6 Reserve-Pozzetti-Behälter à 7 Liter bereithalten. Das Eis ist nicht direkt sichtbar, ermöglicht jedoch eine effiziente und unmittelbare Bedienung.
Durch das Öffnen des Glasdeckels erhält man Zugang zu mehreren Eissorten gleichzeitig. Das Portionieren gestaltet sich somit äußerst effizient und einfach. Allerdings kann beim Square-System das Nichtschließen der Glasdeckel zu Instabilitäten im gesamten Kühlsystem führen.
Beim Pozzetti-System hat jede Eissorte einen eigenen Deckel. Dadurch gestaltet sich das Portionieren mehrerer Eissorten etwas weniger effizient. Die einzelnen Deckel sorgen jedoch für eine hohe Stabilität gegen Fehlanwendungen: Das Nichtschließen eines Pozzetti-Deckels beeinträchtigt nicht das gesamte Kühlsystem, sondern lediglich die betroffene Pozzetti-Röhre.

The glass lids with vacuum insulation offer outstanding insulation properties and reflect around 60% of solar radiation for effective cooling thanks to their gold vaporization.
When the lids are opened, a lot of cooling energy can be lost due to the influence of wind.
The Pozzetti unit is extremely resistant to external influences and the Pozzetti lids act as extremely effective insulators.
Wind and sun pose no problem for the Pozzetti unit.
A total of 80 liters of ice are available, including 6 GN ice containers of 5 liters each, which are visibly presented, and a further 10 GN ice containers of 5 liters each as a reserve.
A total of 98 liters of ice are available, with 8 Pozzetti containers of 7 liters each ready for direct ice dispensing and an additional 6 reserve Pozzetti containers of 7 liters each.
Thanks to the glass lids, 6 ice cream flavors of 5 liters each are visibly presented and can be served immediately, while 10 additional ice cream containers of 5 liters each are located underneath.
There are 8 Pozzetti containers of 7 liters each for direct ice dispensing, while there are also 6 reserve Pozzetti containers of 7 liters each. The ice is not directly visible, but enables efficient and immediate operation.
By opening the glass lid, you have access to several types of ice cream at the same time.
This makes portioning extremely efficient and easy.
However, with the Square system, not closing the glass lid can lead to instability in the entire cooling system.
With the Pozzetti system, each type of ice cream has its own lid.
This makes portioning several types of ice cream somewhat less efficient.
However, the individual lids ensure a high level of stability against misuse: Failure to close a Pozzetti lid does not affect the entire cooling system, only the affected Pozzetti tube.
