The stainless steel cooking insert measures 1075 x 660 x 315 mm (length x depth x height) and offers plenty of space for two cooking appliances of your choice.
Thanks to the adjustable shelf, you can adjust the height individually and always ensure the optimum position for the cooking appliances.
The insert can optionally be supplemented with consoles for additional GN containers or a bain-marie to ensure even more flexibility and functionality in your mobile kitchen.
The cooking appliances can be operated either with gas or an external power source (230 V/15 A, max. connected load 3450 W).
There is additional storage space under the stainless steel cooking insert, which also offers space for a 5 kg gas cylinder.
