The stainless steel cooking insert measures 615 x 660 x 315 mm (length x depth x height) and offers plenty of space for the cooking appliance of your choice.
Thanks to the adjustable shelf, you can adjust the height individually and always ensure the optimum position for your cooking appliance.
The insert can optionally be supplemented with consoles for additional GN containers or a bain-marie to ensure even more flexibility and functionality in your mobile kitchen.
The 75-liter cooling unit is seamlessly integrated and runs independently for up to 12 hours.
It is operated with the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290, which not only ensures efficient cooling but also sustainability.
The cooking appliance can be operated either with gas or an external power source (230 V/15 A, max. connected load 3450 W).
